Water weights for testing purposes range from 5 tons to 35 tons for hire on daily basis for onshore / offshore applications.
Our bags are used extensively for a diversity of applications including the testing of cranes, davits, lifeboats, derricks, ramps & lifts, passenger gangways, floors, bridges or any item of lifting equipment, and are recognized as the most safe, efficient and cost effective system of load application.
Water filled proof load bags is a unique, safe and simple product specifically designed to provide a test load instead of traditional solid test weights.

A control manifold and pumping system is used to remotely fill the lifeboat bags negating the need for personnel to be in the craft undergoing test.
This system also remotely removes the test overload in instances where the winching system cannot recover the craft in its proof load condition.
The bags are rated +/- 1% of load when filled.
Gradual application of load under test conditions is essential. This is more easily achieved using Water Weights / Bags than traditional solid weights.
